Paul McReynolds

Paul McReynolds has dedicated his life to helping those in need.

After serving in the U.S. Army, the Lindenwood University alum chose to pursue a career as a firefighter/paramedic. He spent six years working in EMS and fire suppression for the St. Louis Fire Department before joining the O’Fallon Fire Protection District in May 2019.

“I grew up in O’Fallon, graduated from Fort Zumwalt North,” McReynolds says. “I always knew I wanted to find a way to give back to the community that raised me.”

He says he has an innate desire to help people, making his chosen career incredibly rewarding.

“Every day I get to come to the station and spend my shift working alongside like-minded individuals while making a positive impact on others’ lives,” McReynolds says. “That’s really special to me.”

When not at work, McReynolds enjoys playing hockey, spending time with his wife and taking his dog out for a jog.
